Produced in Chihuahua, Mexico, Casa Lotos Sotol Blanco is made from the head of the Dasylirion wheeleri. The plant is hand-harvested in the wild, cooked in a brick oven, fermented in native pine and double-distilled in copper stills. The entire distillation process, overseen by fourth-generation sotoleros, runs on solar energy.
