Casa Dragones Añejo Barrel Blend, produced in Mexico, is a small-batch tequila made from 100% blue weber agave. Aged for over a year in new French and American oak barrels, it rests at 40% ABV.
For such a light and airy tequila, its impressive just how well-integrated the agave seems to be, laced throughout and adding a touch of sweet green pepper. It finishes as clean and easy as it all began with lingering notes of crema and chocolate mint.
