Produced at Destiladora Juanacatlán in Jalisco, Mexico, Carreta de Oro Reposado is made from blue weber agave grown in the Tequila Valley. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, aged in new and used American white oak barrels, cut to 40% ABV and aerated before bottling.
