Produced at Destiladora Juanacatlán in Jalisco, Mexico, Carreta de Oro Tequila Blanco is made from blue weber agave grown in the Tequila Valley. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is then double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, cut to 40% ABV and aerated before bottling.
