Carpathian Single Malt Ruby Port Cask Finish is produced by Alexandrion Group at the Alexandrion Saber 1789 Distillery in Otopeni, Romania. Made from 100% Romanian malted barley and Sub-Carpathian water, it undergoes double distillation in copper pot stills. The whisky matures first in first-fill Kentucky bourbon barrels, then finishes in ruby port casks.
