Caribou Crossing Single Barrel is produced in Canada by Sazerac, selected from its master collection of 200,000 barrels of whisky, and bottled at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky.
Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whisky is not a horrible whisky, in fact it’s pretty dang palatable. Not something I want to sip on even at a monthly level, but far from something I never want to try again.
What makes this whisky so accessible are its pleasing flavors — chocolate and caramel burst on the tongue before fading into more tropical notes of mango, citrus and boysenberry — and satisfying finish.
