Cardenal Mendoza Clásico Solera Gran Reserva Brandy is produced by Sánchez Romate in Jerez, Spain. It is distilled from selected holandas using pot stills and aged an average of 15 years in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks through the solera and criadera system. The brandy was first introduced in 1887.
The nutty, bitter finish is just on the line between being sweet and dry. Another brandy aged rum lovers should take note of for an alternative sipper.
