Pasubio Vino Amaro is an Italian amaro made by Antica Erboristeria Cappelletti in Aldeno, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of northern Italy. It is built on a base of aged wine and flavored with mountain blueberries, Mugo pine, smoke and bitter alpine herbs, following a recipe dating to the early 20th century. It is bottled at 17% ABV and retails for around $24.
