Produced by Cavas de Don Max in the valley regions of Jalisco, Mexico, Cantera Negra Añejo is made from 100% blue agave, aged at least 18 months and bottled at 40% ABV.
Bursting with aromas of fresh grass, interwoven with notes of exotic spice, cumin and curry powder. Dried fruit and a pleasant musky complexity come through wonderfully on the palate.
