Cambridge Distillery crafted Curator's Gin with help from the Cambridge University Botanic Garden. Accompanied by the Garden's Curator, Sam Brockington, the Cambridge Distillery team picked the botanicals for the spirit, including lavender, green ginger rosemary, lemon balm and apples from a tree said to be descended from Isaac Newton's. Curator's Gin was released as part of the distillery's Prototype series, with a limited 600 bottles resting at 40% ABV.
