Callington Mill Pedro Ximenez Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky is a Tasmanian release matured exclusively in first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks that previously held wine made from sun-dried grapes in Andalusia, Spain. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml format.
