Cachasol Tequila Blanco is produced at Hacienda de Oro in the Tequila Valley region of Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave cooked in a high-pressure autoclave and extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers, using India Pale Ale yeast and spontaneous fermentation. The tequila is twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills with deep well water and bottled unaged at 40% ABV. It is additive-free and developed by Jimmy Villalobos Sauza and James Montero.
