Cabrito Tequila Blanco is produced at Tequila Centinela in the Los Altos Southern region of Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The tequila undergoes double distillation in stainless pot stills with copper coils and is bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
