Burks Spring Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is a high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon distilled at Kentucky Artisan Distillery using a mashbill passed down by Dick Burks, a descendant of Charles Burks. The original Burks Spring Distillery operated near Loretto, Kentucky, for nearly 115 years before closing during Prohibition and now stands on the grounds of Maker’s Mark. Bottled at 100 proof with no age statement, Burks Spring Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon released in April 2024 in a limited run of 2,000 bottles.
