Made from Bulleit’s high-rye mashbill, it was distilled in the spring 2017 season and aged for 7 years in a federally bonded barrelhouse. Bottled at 100 proof, it meets the Bottled-in-Bond Act's standards of being the product of one distillery over one distilling season and aged at least four years. Released as part of the 2025 Edition, it marks the beginning of a limited-time offering.

  • A solid first outing for their BiB release that does everything a 7 year old Kentucky bourbon should be doing at 50% ABV. After a few revisits the spirit mellowed and expressed more of your classic sweet bourbon caramels. A promising look into Bulleit’s own spirit and a brand that will likely do well at higher proofs.

  • The first Bulleit-distilled bourbon is dangerously drinkable and will likely surprise you with its full-flavored, balanced 100 proof pour.

  • Assessed on its own, Bulleit’s new release is a flavorful, well-composed bourbon that tastes plenty good to justify the price tag. When judged against some other first-time bottled-in-bond releases it excels, the blending team’s patience having certainly paid off.
