it's another great showing for William Larue Weller. The slight deviation this year’s edition provides is a welcomed one, though the inclusion of earthiness, clove, and light smoke won’t necessarily be for everyone.

House Review

Nose:
Huge nose that's brimming with flavor and powerful caramel. Caramel candies, butterscotch, waffle cone and rich nougat. There's a touch of oak here, which is sweet and well integrated.
Taste:
Rich on the palate, layered and complex. Tons of caramel, nougat, sweet oak and a hint of char. The viscosity on the palate is incredible. The proof blends in behind the bold sweetness, rich dessert and opulent mouthfeel. Lovely red berries bleed in after a moment. Caramel and nougat persists. A touch of tobacco, sweet cream. Decadent to say the least.
Finish:
Impressive finish that hangs on for eons. Bold caramel, waffle batter, toffee, buttercream and tobacco all mingle, decadent and long lasting.
Overall:
Absolutely incredible. The boldness, viscosity, power and texture are all really great. Killer release.
