Bruxo Mezcal No. 2 is crafted in Agua del Espino, Oaxaca, Mexico. This expression blends 80% EspadÃn and 20% Barril agave, distilled by Pablo Vasquez Garcia in copper stills. Made in a pechuga style, where the spirit is traditionally redistilled with a chicken or turkey breast hung over the still, this "Pechuga de Maguey" is uniquely infused with roasted agave heart.
