  • Complex and well balanced. Good balance of sweet, brine and some lemon and lactic notes. Very delicious.

  • Nose:

Sweet, zesty, sea air. Mild lactic notes. Vanilla. Butter cream.

  • Taste:

Mmm this is nice. Lemon zest and sea air. Mild brine. Some lactic notes. Lots of nice vanilla and butter cream. Mild toffee.

  • Finish:

Medium and nice complexity. Little heat.

  • Overall:

I enjoyed the NAS version of this and the 16 year edition of this as well and have enjoyed them both. This is no different. While not wildly less complex than the 16 year, I'm impressed at what it here. Complex and well balanced. Good balance of sweet, brine and some lemon and lactic notes. Very delicious. I'm going to give this a Rank 6.
