Peaty and petrol-driven on the nose. Cherry and blackberry reduction. Honey, toffee, tar.
Caramel and honey on the palate, with blackberry reduction and nutty sherry notes. Toffee, tar, caramel.
Long finish. Bold, brash, full of caramel, slate, blackberry and some tobacco. There’s this tar character that just fits with this dirty, nutty sort of sherry in the best way.
A lovely pour. The notes sound weird, but they work in the most Bruichladdich way, and this pour is a delightful monster.
