Smoky but quite light and breezy. Barbecue smoke meets honeycomb and sea salt.
Moderate mouthfeel. Barbecue smoke remains, joined by vanilla and honeycrisp apple.
The peat is at its strongest on the finish. A rush of earthy, peaty smoke is nicely balanced by sweet waffle cone.
Powerful yet light on its feet, Octomore 16.1 is sweet and pleasant.
