  • Nose:

    Apples, pears, bread. Light salinity, light apple presence. Some toffee, light honey, light caramel. Seems scotchy.

  • Taste:

    Yep that's scotch. Sweet, lovely, lots of pepper. Cocoa, toffee, honey, some ash, there's a good deal of ethanol here. It's CS, but it's delicious. Apple crisp if I had to put a word to it.

  • Finish:

    Really long, complex and rich. Sweet toffee, sweet honey, apples, pears, figs, cherry. Light lactic funk.

  • Overall:

    This is really nice. Definitely cask strength scotch. Lots of great complexity and flavor here.
