This is a Taiwanese market exclusive. Distilled and bottled by Bruichladdich, this Micro Provenance is a member of their experimental tiny runs of distillate. Matured for 15 years in Oloroso sherry casks, this is bottled at cask strength with no coloring or filtering. These are really fun releases to try, so let's dive in.

Rich plum, cassis, cocoa. The dark chocolate note paired with currant, strawberry and cherry is rich and intoxicating.
Sweet - loads of berries. Strawberry, raspberries. Cocoa, rich vanilla cream. Some tobacco. Mild pepper note. Syrupy, sweet and balanced.
Long, powerful, intoxicating and sweet. Pepper, pipe tobacco, raspberry and strawberries and cream. Cherry cordial candies.
Really impressive. The balance is well done and the flavors are bold and saturated. The cherry cordial note here is especially well done, and I'm a big fan. Now, it's time to get myself a plane ticket for Taiwan.
