  • Nose:

    Pepper, brisket, vinegar, bbq sauce, green onion, scallion, cilantro.

  • Taste:

    Medium mouth feel. No heat, lots of minerality and brine. Clay, pepper, scallions, sweet lemon zest. Big sweetness making an appearance, becoming quite bold.

  • Finish:

    Short to medium, smoky and sweet. Lemon zest, vanilla bean, smoked pork, garlic salt and delightful minerality.

  • Overall:

    Really nice - unique, tons of character and all of it is interesting.
