House Review
  • Nose:

    Sweet honey, leather, tobacco, earthy. Faint peat. Apple pie, earthy spice. Cocoa.

  • Taste:

    Medium mouthfeel, mild heat. Sweet cream, toffee, vanilla. Stewed fruits, sticky caramel and pastries. Peat and smoke - earthy, mineral smoke. Faint ashiness. Not super vegetal and no iodine.

  • Finish:

    Long, ashy, earthy. Minerality is high and there is some woody smoke there also. Sweet fudge, oak, cocoa.

  • Overall:

    Impressive, powerful, potent but lacking balance.
