Booker's Batch 2026-01 “Big Easy” is a limited-release Kentucky straight bourbon from Booker’s Bourbon, inspired by New Orleans, Louisiana, one of Booker Noe’s favorite cities. Released in 2026, the batch pays tribute to the food, culture and flavors that drew him back time and again.

The bourbon was aged 7 years, 2 months and 15 days and bottled at 129.1 proof. It is blended from barrels stored across five warehouses: 16% from the third floor of warehouse H, a nine-story house; 24% from the sixth floor of warehouse G, a nine-story house; 16% from the fifth floor of warehouse O, a seven-story house; 22% from the third floor of warehouse J, a nine-story house; and 22% from the fourth floor of warehouse M, a seven-story house.

According to the brand, it offers notes of vanilla and spice. Bottled uncut and unfiltered, it hosts a suggested retail price of $99.99.

  • Nose:

    Lots of dark chocolate and coffee on the nose, plus some dried fruits (raisins mostly) and a bit of cinnamon. After a bit of air, it opens up in a really cool way — big pastry vibe (like a buttery chocolate croissant) and loads of amaretto.

  • Taste:

    Sweltering heat. Much sweeter on the palate than the nose suggested. Big maple note plus lots of lemon and orange peel, plum, tobacco, leather and corn pudding.

  • Finish:

    The finish is dark with plenty of dried fruits. leather, espresso, raisins, dried cherries and dark chocolate, lemon peel, cinnamon.

  • Overall:

    Big, bruising bourbon that’s really flavorful, sweet and well balanced. Great batch of Booker's.
