  • A very pleasant batch of Booker's. Not my favorite of 2025, but it absolutely holds its own.

  • While ultimately this feels a lot like a fairly typical release in the Booker’s lineup, but it has just enough nuance going for it to make for a worthwhile sip — especially if you’re into more spice- and savory-driven drams

  • Nose:

Full of brûléed banana, golden delicious apple, gingerbread, cinnamon toast, brown sugar, marshmallow fluff and barrel char.

  • Taste:

Velvety mouthfeel. Very full palate in terms of both viscosity and flavor. Lots of char on the palate, plus peaches and cream, apricot, cinnamon rolls, sawdust, almonds, candied orange and butterscotch.

  • Finish:

The finish leans spicier than the palate. Pecan pie is joined by heaps of cinnamon and nutmeg, plus dark chocolate and a bit of coconut.

  • Overall:

A very pleasant batch of Booker's. Not my favorite of the year, but it absolutely holds its own.

  • Score:
