Booker's 2024-01 "Springfield Batch" Bourbon is aged 7 years, 7 months and 8 days and bottled at 124.5 proof. It is made from barrels produced on five dates and aged in four warehouses: 17% from the fifth floor of nine-story warehouse G, 7% from the fourth floor of nine-story warehouse H, 31% from the fifth floor of seven-story warehouse Z and 45% from the fourth floor of seven-story warehouse 3. This batch honors Booker Noe's hometown of Springfield, Kentucky.

  • The fruitiness gets jammier on the palate, complimenting rich, roasted corn sweetness, tart apple, and a hit of warm spice. The texture is rich and full bodied, with very little burn despite the high cask proof.
