  • Nose:

Pungent and oily on the nose, there’s no doubting the pot still nature of this distillation and the variety of the grains. Musty, sweet, fruity, there’s plenty of juniper, a touch of nutmeg, and pepper.

  • Taste:

Oily on the palate, rich and full of pepper, juniper, a touch of clove and a wallop of cinnamon and pepper.

  • Overall:

Long finish, juniper reigns supreme on the finish with undertones of pepper and citrus.
