Strong honey influence with plenty of rye beneath. Honey, butterscotch, cinnamon, black pepper and a vegetal note.
Moderate mouthfeel. Honey and butterscotch once again mingle with spice: nutmeg, cinnamon, clove. Pretty balanced in flavor.
More honey on the finish, joined by peppercorns, cinnamon, nutmeg and a sprig of mint.
A really nice expression. The rye spice works well with the honey, delivering a nicely balanced sip.
