The Blue Chair Bay Coconut is a thoroughly enjoyable flavoured rum. It is laid back and easy to sip, and when I had my Rum Chums over to try some, they all seemed to like it even more than I did.
The elevated ABV seems perfectly suited to the flavors it supports, making this a serious contender for tropical cocktails with added fruit components.
