Blue Bonnet Rested Gin is a small-batch gin made in-house at Giant Texas Distillers in Houston, Texas. It is produced using a macerating process in a copper pot still. Aged in a bourbon barrel for 3 months, the gin features juniper, coriander, orange peels, grapefruit peels and angelica root.
