LF Heritage Bloodlines Heritage 6 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a mash bill of 78% corn, 13% rye and 9% malted barley. It is aged six years in charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 46% ABV.
The nose and initial palate are wholly acceptable endeavors, but the finish is the only truly memorable component of the blend. It’s an enjoyable bourbon, but largely without any factors that would lead me to reach for it on any given night over other bottles in my collection.
