The original single barrel bourbon continues to defy odds with its ability to provide a consistent sip year after year and a flavor profile that defines approachable.
It doesn’t really give the savory woody notes as much of the floor as I would like (or have had in previous bottlings), but being a single barrel bottling that could change dramatically with my next bottle.
