- On opening, Bimble Blueberry Lemon Ginger delivers an appealing, distinctive aroma followed by a lovely burst of fizz on pouring. Our first sip is hard to pinpoint, as it’s a very unique flavor. It’s more complex than a seltzer, the combination of honey, lemon, and ginger delivers a ton of flavor that grows on us with each sip.
