Bottled exclusively for the Big Gin Tasting Room in Seattle, Washington, this Private Barrel Select expression was made by aging Big Gin London Dry in a Clear Creek Apple Brandy barrel for four years.

Big, floral, bright with an undercurrent of acidity and a pop of crisp apple.
Sweet at first, a nice hit of sweetness, cinnamon, juniper and lavender paired with crisp apple, not too sweet, not too acidic. Well balanced, rich on the palate. Really lovely stuff here.
Long finish. Apple cinnamon, apple butter, lavender, coriander, juniper and orange peel.
This is blowing me away - what a concept. Gin finished in an apple brandy barrel - it’s delicious, balanced, lovely.
