  • This is blowing me away - what a concept. Gin finished in an apple brandy barrel - it’s delicious, balanced, lovely.

  • Nose:

Big, floral, bright with an undercurrent of acidity and a pop of crisp apple.

  • Taste:

Sweet at first, a nice hit of sweetness, cinnamon, juniper and lavender paired with crisp apple, not too sweet, not too acidic. Well balanced, rich on the palate. Really lovely stuff here.

  • Finish:

Long finish. Apple cinnamon, apple butter, lavender, coriander, juniper and orange peel.

  • Overall:

This is blowing me away - what a concept. Gin finished in an apple brandy barrel - it’s delicious, balanced, lovely.
