Bernheim Original Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey is produced at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky and aged in Heaven Hill's open-air rickhouses. It uses a mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn and 12% malted barley, and is bottled straight from the barrel without chill filtration at a proof that varies by batch. Barrels are aged seven to nine years and the line is released twice annually at an MSRP of around $65.
