Bayab African Rose Gin is crafted with botanicals sourced across Africa, including baobab fruit, rose petals, rose water, coriander and coarse salt. Inspired by the question of why Africa wasn’t represented in bars worldwide, founders Chris Frederick and Damola Timeyin, university friends from Leeds, U.K., created a gin that reflects the continent.
