Produced by Spearhead Spirits, Bayab African Palm Gin (also called Palm & Pineapple) is infused with African pineapple and palm sap collected from palm trees in West Africa. The pineapple is sourced from the Hluhluwe region in KwaZulu-Natal.
Keep in mind that the pineapple fruit brings fruity notes, but the sweet factor is mild. Feel free to serve in any way you would dry gins as this is not a typical sweet flavored gin.
