Barrell Craft Spirits Bourbon Gray Label is a cask-strength blend of straight bourbons distilled and aged in Indiana, Tennessee and Kentucky, then blended and bottled by Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky. Made from five mash bills, the blend is further matured in barrels constructed from 36-month air-dried staves that previously held Gray Label Bourbon. Proofs and age statements vary by batch. This expression rests at 50.29% ABV.

  • Good length on the finish, with notes of blueberry pie, cinnamon bun, Drake’s coffee cake, bitter chocolate, and unsweetened espresso. A very smooth, beautifully built bourbon from the first whiff all the way to the finish
