Barrell Craft Spirits released Barrell Bourbon Cask Finish Series: P.X. Sherry in March 2025. This limited-edition 115.52-proof bourbon is made from a mashbill of 89% corn, 16% rye and 4% malted barley. It blends nine and ten-year-old Kentucky bourbons; six, seven, eight and twelve-year-old Indiana bourbons; and seven and fifteen-year-old Tennessee bourbons before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Spain. Only 9,000 bottles were released online and at select retailers for $84.99 per 750ml bottle.
