It's hard to believe a company can release this many blends in such a short period of time, but it's even harder to imagine when you consider how many have been good, often great and occasionally exceptional.   • Nose:

    Bold and rich, this release is full of nutmeg, tannin, praline, caramel and a touch of fudge. Light stone fruit, faint cherry cordial, a touch of spice.

  • Taste:

    Moderate mouthfeel on the palate, there's this delightful viscosity. This has a great texture and is lightly syrupy, full of cocoa, toffee, salted caramel, pear and cherry.

  • Finish:

    Dry and cocoa-forward, packed with nougat and sweet cream, a touch of espresso and big peach and cherry notes once more.

  • Overall:

    Delightfully rich, full of cocoa, oak, toffee and some essence of fruits I love to see in bourbon — this release darn near has it all. Big fan.
