Bare Knuckle High Rye Bourbon is made with 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. It is double-distilled and aged for six years in charred new American white oak barrels. It is available in single barrel and cask strength versions. The cask strength ranges from approximately 120 to 128 proof without dilution, while this single barrel is bottled at 90 proof.
