Bardstown Bourbon Co. 2026 Discovery is a limited-edition blended straight bourbon made in Bardstown, Kentucky. It blends 55% 10-year-old Indiana bourbon, 25% 11-year-old Kentucky bourbon and 20% 7-year-old Kentucky bourbon, then finishes the blend for four months in custom hand-toasted Garryana (Oregon White Oak) barrels. It is bottled at 56.4% ABV (112.8 proof) and carries a suggested retail price of $139.99.

The nose is quite heavy on spice: gingerbread, cinnamon, white pepper, macadamia, coconut, butterscotch, apple. The Garryana oak comes through quite prevalently.
On the palate, this whiskey is quite dry and oaky, with a nice viscosity to it. Big cinnamon vibe, plus cherry, a big tobacco note, macadamia, almond and clove
The finish is long and satisfying, with plenty of clove and cinnamon leading into leather and Garryana oak.
A rock-solid release from Bardstown. It dials up the Garry oak flavor and is overall a flavorful, nicely balanced expression.
