Bara-Cara Tequila Blanco is made by Melly Barajas Cardenas at Vinos y Licores Azteca in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is produced using only blue weber agave, yeast and water, with agave roasted in traditional stone ovens and fermented for 10 to 12 days before double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. It is bottled additive-free at 42% ABV and retails for around $50.
