Sweet cream, honeycomb, faintly ashy smoke. Nice fruity note.
Super sweet - loaded with vanilla bean, cream cheese frosting, honey, toffee and salinity. Ash and satisfying woody smoke adds a savory contrast. Pepper.
Short but rich, loaded with apricot, pepper, mesquite smoke and clay. Complex exit.
