Baluarte Añejo Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Los Altos, Jalisco, using traditional brick ovens and double distillation in copper-column stills. It is aged 15 months in oak, including 12 months in American white oak followed by three months in French oak. Bottled at 40% ABV, it typically retails for around $70 for a 750 ml bottle.

According to the brand, it has a soft, silky mouthfeel with balanced flavors of caramel, vanilla, banana, oak and cherry.
