Distilled in Waco, Texas, Balcones Single Malt Whiskey Pot Distilled is made from 100% Golden Promise malted barley and aged in American, French and European oak barrels with custom toast and char profiles. Each batch is rebarreled across multiple casks to manage wood influence in the Texas climate. The 750ml release is bottled at 53% ABV.
