  • This release excels at being a bourbon that’s almost too easy to drink. It’s not hot, dry, too bold or powerful. It’s balanced nicely and has plenty of fruit and sweetness to be approachable and is complex enough to be delicious and interesting.

  • Nose:

Quite a bit going on on the nose. It's fruity and fun with baking spice, pleasant oak and some toffee.

  • Taste:

Moderate palate with impressive complexity and roundness. Lots of fruit, honey and baking spice. The oak is playing nice just as it should, joined by some lovely tobacco and maple.

  • Finish:

Moderate to long finish. It’s clean and balanced and hangs on nicely. Full of maple, honey, berries, apple butter, toffee and a hint of oak.
