Ay! Ay! Ay! Tequila Blanco is produced at Destilería La Experiencia in Tototlán, Jalisco, Mexico. Highland blue weber agave matures for six years before harvest, then cooks in masonry ovens and autoclaves and passes through a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in closed stainless steel tanks without fibers, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper components using deep well water. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV, the tequila comes in 750ml porcelain bottles.
