Avuá Cachaça Jequitibá Rosa is produced in a single barrel and represents the third offering in a series of native wood experiments. This expression was aged in a type of Brazilian rosewood.
While I likely won't be pouring this into another glencairn neat, I look forward to seeing how this will play out in cachaça riffs on traditional rum drinks (or if we're not kidding ourselves, plenty of caipirinhas!).
